Welcome to The Cosy Edit. This website is operated by The Cosy Edit (ABN: 51 036 632 789). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Cosy Edit.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors of content.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
2. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
- For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
- You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.
- If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion.
3. Print on Demand Nature & Accuracy
Each product is custom-made to order via our third-party Print on Demand partners.
- Color Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products (including aura gradients) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate to the physical print.
- Variation: Due to the ethereal and blurry nature of "aura" designs, slight variations in the gradient "noise" or grain may occur between the digital mockup and the physical item.
4. Spiritual, Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer
Our products are intended for aesthetic and personal enjoyment.
- No Medical Advice: Content on this website is for informational or entertainment purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or spiritual advice.
- Results Not Guaranteed: While our products are designed to support your mindfulness practice, we make no guarantees regarding specific spiritual outcomes, "energy shifts," or manifestation results from using our products.
5. International Orders & Jurisdiction
- Governance: These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
- Customs/Duties: International customers are the "Importer of Record" and are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by their country.
- Enforceability: While we serve international customers, your use of the site constitutes agreement that any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including aura designs, logos, text, and "Angel Number" layouts, are the intellectual property of The Cosy Edit. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or resell any portion of the Service or products without express written permission from us.
7. Modifications to Prices and Service
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
8. Prohibited Uses
In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
